As of 1 January 2026, Lucas Grünig has taken over as CEO of Narimpex AG, following in the footsteps of his father, Ulrich Grünig.
This step means that the Swiss family business will continue to be run by the Grünig family, now by a member of the third generation.
For us as employees, this change of CEO is a very special moment. It not only means the arrival of a new generation but also, and above all, it symbolizes continuity, trust and sticking together – values that have shaped Narimpex from the beginning and that can be felt in the way we deal with one another in our everyday work.
Ulrich Grünig led Narimpex for many years with a huge amount of commitment and vision, and had an extremely close relationship with the employees. His entrepreneurial way of thinking, his willingness to listen, and the degree of trust he placed in people made a lasting impact on the company. Although Ulrich is now officially starting his well-earned retirement, he will be staying in close touch with Narimpex: he will continue to offer his experience and knowledge as a coach, and will still assist us with a range of different projects. This is something we are very pleased about.
As he moves into this new phase of life, we would like to wish him all the best for a fulfilled, healthy and enjoyable retirement!
At the same time, we are looking ahead to the future with great optimism. Our new CEO, Lucas Grünig, is a person with a deep understanding of the company, its core values and the people behind it.
We wish him every success in this new role – we hope he enjoys the task and wish him sound judgment in his decision-making. As employees, we look forward to continuing on this journey with him and to playing an active role in shaping the future of Narimpex AG.
