Terms and Conditions
Notice of Company Name Change
As of April 7, 2026, Narimpex Ltd. has been renamed Nectaflor Ltd. This is solely a change of the company's name. The legal entity identity remains unchanged.
This renaming has no implications for our customers. All existing contracts, rights, and obligations remain unchanged and are seamlessly transferred to Nectaflor Ltd. This applies in particular to orders already placed, contracts already concluded, and any warranty and guarantee claims.
Personal data will continue to be processed to the same extent and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The renaming does not result in any changes regarding the purpose, scope, or legal basis of data processing.
Our existing website and current webshop will temporarily remain accessible under the previous main domain www.narimpex.ch. The new domain www.nectaflor.ch is already active and currently redirects to the existing website.
A new webshop under the Nectaflor brand is currently in preparation and is expected to go live in June 2026.
Wherever the former company name "Narimpex Ltd." is still mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), in the webshop, in the imprint, or in the data protection declaration, this shall apply mutatis mutandis to "Nectaflor Ltd.". Corresponding references are to be understood as equivalent.
1. General and Scope of Application
1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Narimpex Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Narimpex") and all natural and legal persons who use Narimpex Ltd. offers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the Buyer are only binding if Narimpex has acknowledged them in writing.
1.2 These GTC apply to all orders placed by the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to the following GTC by clicking the corresponding labeled field "read" (I hereby acknowledge the general terms and conditions) or similar in our ordering software.
1.3 The GTC apply to the use of the website www.narimpex.ch as well as all subdomains belonging to this domain and other offers of Narimpex AG.
1.4 Narimpex reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of contract conclusion is always decisive. The customer must therefore inform themselves about the currently applicable GTC with each order.
2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 All offers from Narimpex, especially those in price lists, catalogs, sales documents, or on the Internet, are non-binding and subject to change reference prices. They do not have long-term validity unless they are clearly written offers.
2.2 By clicking the order button, the Buyer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Before final submission, the Buyer has the opportunity on an overview page to check the correctness of their entries and correct them if necessary.
2.3 The offer in the webshop is subject to the availability of goods. A contract with the Buyer is concluded when Narimpex accepts the customer's order. The written copy of the order, which the customer receives by e-mail after receipt of the order, constitutes only a confirmation of receipt, but not an acceptance of the order by Narimpex. Narimpex's acceptance takes place through the delivery of the goods. The customer agrees that Narimpex will only accept orders for goods that are in stock (out-of-stock goods will not be back-ordered).
3. Price-Relevant External Influences
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery is made by sending the goods to the address provided by the Buyer. The billing address and delivery address may be different.
4.2 We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the order confirmation. Please note, however, that these delivery times may vary depending on product availability and other circumstances. We will inform you of any delays or changes in delivery times. Narimpex assumes no responsibility for any delivery delays caused by the logistics provider.
4.3 For larger order quantities and gift sets, we reserve the right to review the order internally first. This is to ensure that we have the desired quantity of products available and that delivery can be made on time. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss further details and confirm delivery times.
4.4 Should a product currently not be available, the buyer will be notified by email.
4.5 Delivery is made by a shipping service provider to be chosen by Narimpex. The costs for packaging and transport insurance are included in the shipping costs, which are to be paid simultaneously with the payment for the goods during the ordering process.
4.6 For technical reasons, an order may need to be split into several packages. The delivered goods must be inspected by the buyer immediately upon receipt for damages.
4.7 In cases of delivery impairments due to force majeure, such as natural events, official measures, delayed or incorrect deliveries, war, riots, labor disputes, significant operational disruptions, epidemics, or similar, the delivery and performance periods shall be extended to a reasonable extent.
4.8 The shipping costs for your order are calculated based on the value of the goods. The currently valid shipping conditions can be found in the shop, in the offer, or in the business contract. Please visit our website for detailed information on shipping conditions or refer to the conditions agreed upon in the business contract with Narimpex AG.
4.9 Narimpex delivers goods ordered in the webshop exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees apply.
4.10 Orders for collection: These orders can be picked up at the Narimpex AG factory store during regular opening hours. Customers will be notified by email as soon as the goods are ready for collection. In principle, orders placed by 10:00 AM on the previous day can be picked up on the following day during official store opening hours. Orders placed on Friday are excluded.
5 Transport, Transfer of Risk and Delay in Acceptance
5.1 Unless a special place of performance has been agreed upon by the parties or arises from the nature of the business, delivery shall be deemed to be the provision of the products at the seller's registered office.
5.2 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, benefits and risks pass to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods from the seller.
5.3 If the goods cannot be delivered to the customer at the specified delivery address, the customer shall also owe Narimpex a processing fee of CHF 40.00 (per order) for the inconvenience caused by non-delivery.
6. Prices and Payment Terms
6.1 The prices in the online shop are displayed in Swiss francs, including VAT for private customers and excluding VAT for business customers. Price changes in the online shop are possible at any time and without prior notice, with the date of the order being decisive.
6.2 The prices stated in the order confirmation plus VAT are decisive. All prices include packaging and freight costs to the place of fulfillment, if agreed. Offsetting and retention by the buyer are only permissible if they are acknowledged in writing by Narimpex.
6.3 If a buyer is in default with several invoices, the due debt, and among several due debts, the older debt, will be settled first. If the buyer is in default with at least one payment for a delivery, Narimpex is entitled to withhold further deliveries until the outstanding invoices are fully settled.
6.4 Payment of the order value is made using the payment options displayed in the webshop before completing the order. For company orders in the webshop, it can be inquired whether delivery against invoice is possible. For this, a commercial register number entry is generally necessary and the application for a B2B account. Narimpex reserves the right not to grant companies an account and not to deliver against invoice.
6.5 The prices and shipping costs charged to the buyer may change from time to time. The current assortment and current prices (including shipping costs) can be found by the buyer on the website at www.shop.narimpex.ch. Special promotions and individual agreements are reserved.
6.6 Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due at the latest within 10 days from the invoice date or within the payment term granted on the invoice and without any deduction. If this payment deadline is not met, the buyer automatically falls into default with or without a reminder, whereby a customary default interest of 0.5% per month is owed.
6.7 Narimpex reserves the right to deliver goods only against prepayment at any time, contrary to the contractual payment terms.
7. Warranty
7.1 The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
7.2 Excluded from any warranty are typing errors entered by the buyer, qualitatively inadequate images (e.g., due to insufficient resolution of digital images), self-inflicted design errors, as well as incorrect product selection, incorrect order quantities, or other defects caused by errors in order entry.
7.3 Defects subject to warranty must be reported by the customer in writing within five working days of receipt of the goods; after this period, no further claims for defects can be made.
7.4 In the event of a warranty claim, Narimpex will, at its option, either replace the defective goods or issue a corresponding credit, provided the customer has returned the defective products. Further warranty claims of the customer are expressly excluded.
8. Right of Return and Withdrawal
8.1 The duty of inspection lies with the customer, who must immediately check the delivered or collected goods for correctness, completeness, and delivery damage. Delivery damage, product defects, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported within five working days and stored in the original packaging until Narimpex contacts the customer.
8.2 Right of Return & Withdrawal Narimpex grants the right to return ordered products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from their receipt. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive. After this period, a return is no longer possible. The right of return & withdrawal is excluded for the following goods:
- Perishable products
- Products whose expiry date has passed
- Products custom-made to customer specifications
- Goods damaged by the customer or already opened/used
- Are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
- The seal of the goods was removed after delivery
- The products were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
8.3 The costs (postage costs) for the return of unwanted items shall be borne by the sender.
The following exceptions apply:
- Different items received than ordered
- The information in our shop is not correct
- Goods received that were not ordered
- The expiry date is in the past
If one or more of these points apply, the postage costs for the return shall be borne entirely by Narimpex. The purchase price can only be refunded after receipt of the returned goods. For further information on handling returns and exchanges, please refer to our return and exchange policy, which is available on our website.
8.4 Returns of delivered products should be sent to the following address: Narimpex AG, Webshop/Spedition, Schwanengasse 47, CH-2503 Biel. Returns that cannot be assigned to a customer will be kept for two months. Subsequently, the goods will be disposed of/stored, and the dossier will be closed. After this period, any claims for refunds or replacement will expire.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1 Narimpex is exclusively liable for damages based on the violation of a contractual obligation incumbent upon it, or if it has caused such damages through gross negligence or intent.
9.2 The maximum amount of damage to be paid is limited to the amount agreed upon as the purchase price of the affected delivery.
9.3 Narimpex is not liable for pure financial losses as well as consequential and / or indirect damages.
10. Severability Clause
10.1 Should any clause be ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
10.2 The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the ineffective clause.
11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
11.1 The GTC are based on Swiss law, in particular the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 184 et seq.).
11.2 For any disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC and the associated contract, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Narimpex in Biel. Narimpex reserves the right to sue at the customer's domicile.
12 General Competition and Sweepstakes Conditions
These competition conditions apply regardless of the platform for all competitions hosted by Narimpex.
12.1 General
By participating in the competition, participants accept the "general competition conditions" defined by Narimpex.
Participants who violate the terms of participation or who have gained an advantage through manipulation may be excluded from participating in the competition with immediate effect. If the conditions for exclusion are met, any winnings may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed. Legal recourse is excluded.
All natural persons residing in Switzerland aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Narimpex and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The collected data of the participants will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. However, it may be used by Narimpex for marketing purposes.
12.2 Winnings
Participation in the competition is free of charge and not tied to any purchase obligation. Each participant may only participate once in the competition. Participation in the competition is only possible with correct personal information. Narimpex is entitled to exclude participants with a pseudonym, a fake identity, as well as participants with multiple registrations from the competition. The competition ends at the time specified in the respective competition.
The winners will be contacted directly. If the winner does not respond within 14 days after the winning notification has been published, Narimpex is entitled to award the prize to someone else. By participating in the competition, you agree that, in the event of a win, your first name, last name, and place of residence may be published on the respective platform.
The prizes drawn will not be paid out in cash and can only be transferred to another winner by arrangement. If the prize has been handed over to the shipping company (post office), Narimpex is not liable for any damages or losses that have arisen in connection with the delivery.
