Have you ever made your own muesli? No? Then maybe it's time to try! With this easy recipe, you can conjure up a delicious, tropical breakfast for your breakfast table in just a few minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for approx. 5-6 servings:
- 200 g coarse rolled oats
- 50 g puffed quinoa
- 80 g organic coconut chips
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tbsp organic agave syrup
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 100 g Fairtrade mangoes
Preparation:
Mix oats, quinoa pops, coconut chips, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Cut Fairtrade mangoes into smaller pieces and add to the dry ingredients.
Pour organic agave syrup and melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients. Mix well by hand.
Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake: At 180°C convection for 15-20 minutes. Halfway through baking, mix the granola a little with a fork so that it browns evenly.
Allow to cool completely on a wire cooling rack, then put into a storage jar.
Serving suggestion: Serve granola with natural yogurt, fresh mango, and granola.
For those who like it extra sweet: Sweeten natural yogurt with agave syrup.
