Organic Soft Prunes

Our succulent organic prunes from Agen in France are
surprisingly delicate and velvety soft. Intensely fruity,
juicy and pleasantly soft to the bite, they make a healthy
fruit treat and an ideal cooking ingredient in one.
Carefully pitted before drying in a gentle process, the
whole fruit is preserved. Did you know: just 100 g a day
aids digestion? Prunes are rich in fibre, packed full of
valuable vitamins and minerals and are fat and salt free.
Ideal as a snack, breakfast accompaniment and baking or
cooking ingredient, especially for meat dishes such as
roasts, barbecue skewers or bacon-wrapped prune appetisers.
