The trees for our nectaflor Hazelnuts flourish particularly well in the mild climate of the Black Sea coast. They are harvested in late summer, mostly by hand. Then the aromatic hazelnuts are dried in the sun. They are shelled and hand-sorted just before they are transported to Switzerland. They are ground immediately before packaging in Switzerland to retain freshness.
