Golden Sultanas

Golden Raisins are appealing thanks to their attractive
golden-yellow colour and their sweet, fruity aroma. We use
grapes of a thin-skinned, seedless variety for the
nectaflor Golden Raisins. The large grapes are gently
sun-ripened and lightly oiled to prevent them from sticking
together. These raisins retain their attractive bright
golden-yellow colour thanks to a light dusting of sulphur.
Raisins are a source of fibre. Due to their high natural
sugar content, they
are an energy-rich snack for sports and leisure
activities.They are also ideal as a baking and cooking
ingredient, or to add flavour and texture to muesli.
