Organic Green Tea Sencha

The China Sencha is an exquisite green tea from the
Zhejiang province, known for its subtly tart taste
with a light grassy note. Its sweet, subtly
mineral character is accentuated by gentle steaming of the
leaves. Processed immediately after harvesting, the
tea remains fresh and offers an optimal taste experience.
A steaming process of 10 to 60 seconds stops the
oxidation and preserves the green colour and fine
aromas. After drying, the leaves are rolled into flat
needles, which gives the typical Sencha shape.
This careful processing results in a
refreshing, easy-to-drink tea.
