Almonds

Blanched, ground Almonds are made from blanched almonds. nectaflor blanched, ground Almonds are a high-quality baking ingredient from California and are 100 % free from bitter almonds. They are characterised by their mild, typically aromatic almond flavour. The almonds are only cracked open and shelled just before they are transported to Switzerland for quality reasons. Then they are freshly ground immediately before packaging in Biel. A classic, mildly sweet baking ingredient.
